The Dance Place uses yoga to focus on calming the spirit while stretching and strengthening the muscles. We welcome you to attend, but we request that you give us a call beforehand just in case a class has been cancelled. If you want to just "pop in", we welcome walk-ins for our Saturday morning class.
Currently, we have the following summer classes:
    Evening: 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Saturday (Walk-ins welcome)
    Morning: 8:00-9:00 a.m.
We are willing to add classes if there is enough interest for a certain day and time, just let us know!
